Cell Webquest

Cell Webquest:

On your journey will learn the importance of organelles and many other important structures of the cell. During this group investigation you will be given specific cell structures to research. In your research you should have a picture of the organelle and/or structure and briefly explain its function in the cell. The following organelles will be assigned:

Cell Wall            Cell  Membrane                                     

 Nucleus            Chromosomes/Chromatin         Mitochondria           Chloroplast

Golgi Body         Vacuole                 Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum    

 Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum           Ribosome                     Cytoplasm

Cilia/Flagella                    Nuclear Membrane                           Lysosome 

Each student will be responsible for the notes that each student gives and will be tested on those notes. Secondly, each group will present their information to class via Powerpoint Presentation. Powerpoint Presentations are to be turned in to me no later than Monday @ 730am via email (brian.harrell@mnps.org). Each group will be graded on the following criteria:
