Water Pollution
Use the 5 central ideas of reading: Who, What, When, Where, and Why express the main idea of this paper as well as explain how water pollution effects the environment.
ABOUT 55,000 gallons of oil have escaped into the North Sea since last week from a leaky pipeline operated by Royal Dutch Shell, about 100 miles off Scotland. Americans watched in mounting fury as the oil industry and the federal government struggled for five disastrous months to contain the much larger BP blowout in the Gulf of Mexico.
The Federal government struggled to contain the blowout of gulf of mexico because it had an oil spill and they are gonna have to do some offshore drilling in the north sea.This water pollution could effect our environment because animals could possible die or get harm.Queshawna Carter 1a

it affects water in some ways like,acid rain can affect our pollution so when it does happen you will get a warning.water is a big point to our health and we neeed it to survive. it has the power to destroy many animal habitats. and destroy ecosystems. mario horton
this article is about why shell should not try to drill for oil in the artic. one reason for this is bp's incident in the gulf of mexico (2010) and shell's incident in the red sea (i do not know when this happened). another reason was the harsh conditions of the artic. some eefects polution have on the environmet are: killing wildlife, destroying resources, and killing people.

Joe-kevin Wilkerson - Who? The federal goverment has another oil spill that is affecting the water again. What? This is affecting the goverments money with more and more oil spils. Why? This happening because all of the drill holes in there. Where? This is happening in the North Sea. The problem is going to cause several more incidents.
